It's an industry that's so exacting, and yet is still a maverick. It's an unfinished masterpiece, always a work in progress. Every decade brings something new. Aside from New York real estate, I look to Buenos Aires and Miami as places to put new developments together. With the current exchange rates, I see bilateral investment opportunities opening up. I am proud to head a team that utilizes its expertise and creativity to benefit our buyers and sellers. When I take on a new client, I remain dedicated from start to finish, am on call 24/7, and carefully vet properties so as not to waste their time. Full service means more than showing properties. When a client buys a home, my goal is to help them enhance its value as well. This can be done with the right cosmetic or structural improvements. Yet value can also be decreased with the wrong choices. These decisions are important. Many buyers have their own decorators and contractors, but for those who don't, my Rolodex of New York's top professionals can transform a home on time and in budget - with an eye toward monetizing the property rather than merely feathering the nest. My perspective as a New York resident since 2001 and background as a native South American also gives me a unique advantage. I speak fluent Spanish, Italian and English, as do many of my clients, and I'm very comfortable dealing on both the buy and sell side of the table. Many foreign clients feel awkward transacting in a strange country. Often, a familiar language can put them more at ease. As the real estate climate of New York becomes increasingly international, my multilingual skills and connections are extremely valuable, and can facilitate a seamless deal. While I live on the Upper East Side, I work in every Manhattan neighborhood. Prior to selling residential and commercial real estate, I honed my skills in computer programming and the hotel industry. For fun I enjoy horseback riding, boating, antiquing, cooking, and traveling to exotic locations.
